Chief Photographer;  Served as Photographic Manager aboard 20 different cruise ships representing all major cruise lines.

Responsible for photographic requirements of passengers and crew including 8 x 10 studio portraits.  Controlled color, density, and overall quality of developing and printing photos, including passenger's personal film.

Managed up to five photographers and staff in photography, processing, and selling.  Regarded with officer status, served as liaison with ship's management, attending hotel director's meetings, enforcing ship regulations, resolving problems, and ensuring smooth operations.

Maintained photo gallery and took necessary action to increase photo sales.  Completed weekly reports for shore side office regarding sales, costs, staff salaries, etc.  Ordered supplies, equipment, and replacement camera/darkroom parts.
